Monica is a partner in the London Pensions & Employee Benefits practice of Simmons & Simmons. She has wide-ranging experience of the pensions and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions (including mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing) and flotations and advises on all aspects of occupational pension schemes (including scheme design, legal documentation, compliance, members communications, investment management and custodian agreements, dealing with the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pensions Regulator and scheme winding up).
